Cancellation Policy



General is managed and operated by Limaton OU, who is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when a customer cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another customer from being service. No shows and late cancellations have an impact on service quality while punishing customers who may show up earlier. Therefore the Company has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.


Full Payment

When we receive your full payment, your registration is completed. Until the payment has been received, we will not reserve a spot for you. Once full payment is received a confirmation email will be sent to you. This confirmation lets you know that you have been reserved a spot in our class.


Cancellation Request

Cancellation requests may be submitted by email only. Please note that refunds will only be processed in the format of the original payment, ie bank account (EFT or Wire) or credit/debit card. All communication must be by email.


Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 14 calendar days of purchase. Requests made after that time do not qualified for any refund. You may request that your registration fee be applied to a future course. A fee of 25% of the course fee paid, will be charged and deducted. After that 14 days, an exception may be made upon review by our committee - due to exceptional circumstances only. This is completely up to our committee and all decisions made are final.
